KIM KEETON
Starting out around early May in 2012, formed at NCN Clarendon in Nottingham, we have played a fair share of local gigs both in and outside of college and started to create a steadily growing fan base. We were very lucky starting out as our college gave us the opportunity to perform at Sneinton Market Square on the 28th June as the Olympic Torch relay passed through Nottingham. This was our first gig outside of college, though still related and we all agree that it went really well.

In Amethyst, we all study music together. Since forming, we have written six originals and learnt many covers so we have a strong set list for when we do perform. We have been in the studio a couple of times and have been recorded professionally by members of staff from our college and also some students that study music technology
